6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our products include paper goods and printed items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, written on, opened where the condition prevents resale, or damaged after delivery by the customer.
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging and must be suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Karen Schipper ships orders from our studio in Greenville, South Carolina, USA.
We offer shipping to customers in the United States and internationally to destinations made available during checkout.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier, unless otherwise indicated during checkout. These charges are not controlled by Karen Schipper and are generally not included in product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, designs, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and other original content displayed on karenschipper.com are owned by or licensed to The Schippers LLC d/b/a Karen Schipper and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
