When will my order ship?
Orders ship from our studio in Greenville, South Carolina.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or busy sales periods, processing may take up to one week.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it on its way.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship orders using USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Once your package leaves our studio, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
Where is my order confirmation email?
After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
If you don’t see it, please check:
- your spam or promotions folder
- that the email address entered at checkout was correct
If you still can’t find it, email us at orders@karenschipper.com and we’ll be happy to help.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I can’t find my package.
Occasionally carriers mark packages delivered before they arrive.
We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Looking around porches, garages, or alternate drop locations
- Contacting your local USPS or UPS office

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are small-batch printed paper goods, we cannot accept returns on used, written-on, or damaged items.
We do accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If we made a mistake or your order arrives damaged, please email orders@karenschipper.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States through our website.
However, our products are available in retail shops around the world, so you may be able to find a retailer near you.
Do you offer custom work or commissions?
At this time, we are not accepting custom illustration or commission projects. Our focus is on designing and producing new collections for our stationery line.
Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes! Our products are carried in 600+ retailers worldwide, and we love partnering with new shops.
