Shipping Policy
How & When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship from our Greenville, SC studio via USPS or UPS.
- Standard processing time: 2–3 business days
- During sales, launches, or holiday seasons: processing may take up to 1 week
- Our small (but mighty!) team works Monday–Friday
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note: Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates vary based on service type, weight, and order size
- Free shipping on U.S. orders of $75+ (exclusions may apply)
- Local pickup is available—please email orders@karenschipper.com to arrange
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may choose to:
- Pay for reshipment, or
- Receive a refund for the product minus original shipping costs
If Tracking Says “Delivered” But Your Package Is Missing
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please follow the steps outlined in your tracking email (checking with neighbors, local USPS/UPS office, etc.). Most packages arrive within 1–5 days of leaving our studio.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Please review your items carefully before placing an order—all sales are final, including orders that have not yet shipped.
Your cart displays all items prior to checkout, and completed orders can be viewed under My Orders in your account. These terms also apply to duplicate or accidental orders.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify its contents, cancel it, or offer price adjustments.
My Order Arrived Incorrect or Damaged — What Now?
Oh no! If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.
Please email orders@karenschipper.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
While we are not responsible for damage caused in transit, we will do our best to help whenever possible.
