Shipping Policy
How & When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship from our Greenville, SC studio via USPS or UPS.
- Standard processing time: 2–3 business days
- During sales, launches, or holiday seasons: processing may take up to 1 week
- Our small (but mighty!) team works Monday–Friday
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note: Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates vary based on service type, weight, and order size
- Free shipping on U.S. orders of $75+ (exclusions may apply)
- Local pickup is available—please email orders@karenschipper.com to arrange
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may choose to:
- Pay for reshipment, or
- Receive a refund for the product minus original shipping costs
If Tracking Says “Delivered” But Your Package Is Missing
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please follow the steps outlined in your tracking email (checking with neighbors, local USPS/UPS office, etc.). Most packages arrive within 1–5 days of leaving our studio.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Because our products are paper goods and small-batch printed items, we are unable to accept returns on used, written-on, or damaged items.
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Discounted items
- Custom orders
- Limited edition or seasonal clearance items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
